Una domenica perfetta, iniziata con pancake alla nutella, un po' di shopping, una passeggiata al mare, il sole luminoso e il vento caldo che percorre le ciocche di capelli. Un morbido vestito ad avvolgermi comprato a Parigi ed una sabbia finissima che ha ricoperto i miei piedi. Questi gli ingredienti per una giornata perfetta, questo è l'inizio dell'estate.


A perfect Sunday, started with a chocolate pancake, a bit of shopping, a walk down the beach, a bright sun and a hot wind that cross my hair's locks. A soft dress that wrap me bought in Paris and a fine sand thant has covered my feet. These are the ingredients for a perfect day, this is the beginning of summer.

TuStyle in the City: Meeting Irene's Closet

L'intenzione era quella di andarci venerdì, ma causa lo sciopero di treni e corriere, sabato ho deciso di andare ad Ancona per incontrare una delle mie blogger preferite non solo in fatto stile ma anche per il carattere, Irene Colzi del blog Irene's Closet. Irene si trovava ad Ancona con lo staff della rivista TuStyle che ha scelto la città di mare come penultima tappa per il tour italiano a caccia dei look più particolari. Dopo una chiacchierata con la deliziosa Irene, hanno fotografato anche me. Incontrarla è stato un vero onore oltre che un piacere e spero di poterla rivedere presto !


I should have go there on Friday, but because of the trains' strike, Saturday I decided to go in Ancona to meet one of my favourite bloggers not only for her personal style but also for her character, Irene Colzi from the blog Irene's Closet. She was there with the TuStyle's magazine's staff, that had chosen the sea city as the penultimate stage for the Italian style looking tour. After a chat with the lovely Irene, they had photographed even me. Met her was a real honor well as a pleasure and I hope to meet her soon again !

Happy Birthday Grace Coddington +70

Il 14 Aprile, il direttore creativo più geniale del pianeta, Grace Coddington, ha spento la sua 70esima candelina. Per l'occasione è stata organizzata una bellissima festa di compleanno all' Indochine di New York, iniziata con un cocktail alle 19 in punto. La brillante Grace ha festeggiato insieme ad amici e colleghi di Vogue e del fashion system con un abito nero in seta e il party è stato sicuramente dei più invidiabili dell'anno. Il menù della cena è stato fatto con uno schizzo disegnato da Grace messo vicino ad ogni segnaposto. Il parterre di ospiti invitati era dei più meritevoli. C'erano i fotografi, Patrick Demarchelier, Annie Leibovitz, Peter Lindbergh e David Sims, le modelle, Karlie Kloss, Naomi Campbell e Caroline Trentini, gli stilisti, Vera Wang, Riccardo Tisci, Marc Jacobs, Helmut Lang, Stefano Pilati, Kate Mulleavy, Oscar de la Renta e Nicolas Ghesquière, e gli amici di sempre tra cui André Leon Talley, Pat McGrath, R.J Cutler, Virginia Smith e ovviamente Anna Wintour. Non ci resta quindi che augurare 70 splendidi anni alla brillante e geniale Grace !


In the 14th of April, the planet most ingenious creative director, Grace Coddington had shut off her 70th candel. For this occasion a great party has been organized at Indochine in New York, started with a cocktail at 7 p.m. The brilliant Grace had celebrated with friends and colleagues from Vogue and from the fashion system with a black silk dress and the party was one of the most enviable of the year. The dinner menu was made with a sketch by Grace put near every place sitting. The guests' parterre was one of the most worthy. There were photographers, Patrick Demarchelier, Annie Leibovitz, Peter Lindbergh and David Sims, models, Karlie Kloss, Naomi Campbell and Caroline Trentini, fashion designers, Vera Wang, Riccardo Tisci, Marc Jacobs, Helmut Lang, Stefano Pilati, Kate Mulleavy, Oscar de la Renta and Nicolas Ghesquière, actors and a lot of friends included Andé Leon Talley, Pat McGrath, R.J Cutler, Virginia Smith and Anna Wintour, of course. We can just wish 70 amazing years to the brilliant and ingenious Grace !

E' il giorno che tutte, di nascosto o meno, sogniamo. Anche le più scettiche ci hanno pensato almeno una volta. Fiabe mentali per immaginare un abito lungo di un bianco candido, una scalinata da percorrere poco alla volta, un bouquet delicato e un ricevimento delizioso. Gli ingredienti per un matrimonio perfetto non saranno mai abbastanza, ma un ruolo importante lo gioca sicuramente l'abito. Che sia bianco acceso o sporco, panna o crema, in pizzo o seta, non importa. E' l'unico abito capace di renderci perfette almeno per un giorno ! La lista dei matrimoni da favola si allunga sempre di più. It's the day that all of us dream. Even the most skeptical women, had thinked about that at least one time.
